1-2-1 SESSIONS
Individual sessions offer a bespoke service based on a holistic assessment of what aspects you need to strengthen and transform within yourself in order to achieve healing and personal growth.
COMPLIMENTARY SESSION
New clients are invited to take advantage of a complimentary session. This allows both the therapist and the client to gauge their energetic match.
During this meeting, the therapist will also evaluate the client’s aspirations and needs to ensure the most effective and successful therapy outcome.The session takes place online.
ARE YOU SENSITIVE?
Grith specialises in supporting highly sensitive people who face mental health challenges, such as overwhelming emotions, setting boundaries, anxiety, depression, loneliness, burnout and stress.
WORKING WITH THERAPY.
An extensive knowledge of how formal art elements and techniques correspond to various mental and physical ailments enables Grith to prescribe specific types of artistic exercises. These therapeutic exercises aim to strengthen life force energies and facilitate a process of self-healing and re-balancing for the client.
PHYSICAL DISEASE.
Grith is also dedicated to assisting and guiding individuals who value personal responsibility and want to include a holistic approach to their health care. Her focus is on uncovering the metaphysical root cause of physical ailments, whether they affect the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, blood, immune system or present in other ways.

SUPERVISION
Designed for art therapy students to support them in becoming professional and independent. Supervision is provided by evaluating student client sessions, offering insights, and recommending therapeutic exercises. Students are supported to building self-confidence and self-reliance through discussions and critical analysis.

Enhance your understanding of family or couple dynamics through engaging in creative and artistic exercises that improve communication and strengthen your relationships and family ties.

How does holistic art therapy work?
The therapist appoints specific exercises to guide and enable the client to work with atypical aspects & qualities within themself, that promote transformation, healing and inner balance.
The transformative energy is activated when the client engages with the creative process itself.
How long is therapy?
Art therapy sessions last 90 minutes. The number of sessions needed varies based on client commitment and goals.
A course of 10 sessions is recommended for a start, although you may choose to book individual sessions on an ongoing basis too.
What materials do I need?
If you book an online session you will need the following materials; A watercolour paintbrush, a selection of watercolours, watercolour paper plus paper to draw on and a piece of graphite or a woodless pencil.

Who can benefit from art therapy?
Holistic art therapy is suitable for anyone who struggles with physical or mental disease, but it is equally beneficial for healthy well-functioning individuals, who are interested in diving deeper within themselves in order to experience, explore and ultimately grow and expand on a personal level.
I'm not artistic, I can't paint or draw...
As weird as it sounds having no artistic talent can actually be advantageous in art therapy.
When someone possesses strong drawing or painting skills, there's often a focus on producing a polished final product which might hinder a fuller experiential observation during the creative process.
